Refund and Returns Policy

At Gfrost.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund and returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Products are eligible for return only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and the return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Customized/Personalized Products: Due to the bespoke nature of these items, they are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, except where an exchange for the same product is approved due to damage or defect (as per Section 4).

2. Return/Replacement Process

To initiate a return or replacement, you must contact us via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

• Order ID

• Reason for return

• Mandatory Media Requirement: Photos, videos, and a complete uncut 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing the original packaging and the damage or defect upon arrival.

Once your request is approved based on the submitted evidence, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or provide you with instructions for return shipping.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund Policy for Customized Items: No refund will be provided for personalized or customized products. Instead, a replacement (exchange) or store credit may be issued if approved under Section 4.

• Refund Policy for Non-Customized Items (if applicable): If a non-customized item return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be made to the same account/card used for the original payment.

  • COD Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You must provide valid bank account details for this transfer.

4. Exchange Policy (Replacement)

• Exchanges (replacements) are offered only for the same product if it arrives damaged or defective. This is the primary remedy for customized products.

• If the product is unavailable or out of stock, you can choose to receive a store credit instead of an exchange.

5. Policies for Customized Orders (No Cancellation/No Refund)

Due to the unique, non-resalable nature of customized products:

• No Cancellation: Customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order is placed. Production often begins immediately to ensure fast delivery.

• Customer Responsibility for Input: The Company is not responsible for errors stemming from details provided by the customer. If the customer provides incorrect personalization details, low-resolution or bad quality photos, or fails to approve a digital proof (if one was provided), the customer must bear the product, and no refund or replacement will be entertained.

6. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

• If the return is due to customer choice, a change of mind, or an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

7. General Cancellations (for Non-Customized Orders only)

• Non-customized orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before the product is shipped, whichever is earlier.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the return policy will apply instead.
