We currently ship across India. If your delivery location is not serviceable, we will contact you to inform you of alternative options.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and product weight.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers, which will be clearly mentioned on the product or offer page.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and courier details will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
- You can use this ID to track your package on the courier’s website.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours with photos or videos of the package and product.
- If your package is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation with the courier. If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.
7. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. GFrost.in is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
